    Shipping Address

    Lessee will have option (but not the obligation) to buy the Cazita at a predetermined price within a specific timeframe of 2 years. The lessee will pay a 25% upfront option fee which would apply to the final purchase price.  If the lessee chooses not to buy the Cazita they will loose the option fee but can simply walk away from the agreement without any further obligations to purchase the Cazita. Monthly payments will be 4% of purchase price.
